Happy Friday y’all!
I swapped up the solid and liquid containers for this one… and lived to tell the tale! We had quite a lot of potato leek soup lurking about in the fridge, and just a smidge of leftover (smoked chicken!) fried rice and this was the result:
Not sure what it is, because it sure doesn’t feel like things are calming down or rolling along at a slower pace, but I’m definitely getting better at including fresh fruit in my lunches these days. There was a shameful stretch of weeks for awhile when my meals were distressingly rushed. Still lots of veggies but it’s nice to see me covering the “dessert” angle with something just a little bit more wholesome than a muffin or a cookie.
Also, I hadn’t noticed till now, but the clementine and blackberries make kind of a festive Hallowe’en-y look. I’ll have to pack myself some berries and segments for Monday!
